Job Details Draft persuasive pleadings and motions; conduct targeted legal research. Manage discovery end-to-end; draft and negotiate discovery responses. Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses. Appear in court for hearings and argument; support trial prep. Drive case strategy and support settlement negotiations. Matters include broad civil litigation with exposure to trust & probate disputes. What You Bring: Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; clear communication.
