We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be spot welding and actively involved in the assembly, processing, and quality assurance of manufacturing products within a fast-paced factory environment. Your energy and mechanical aptitude will contribute significantly to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety standards, and supporting continuous production flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing processes and work alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence.
Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery, including spot welder, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools, to support assembly line activities.
Assist with the assembly of products by following detailed instructions and using mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct routine inspections of materials and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiency.
Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and storing materials using forklifts and other equipment as needed.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
Spot Welding Experience.
Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with familiarity in assembly line processes.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively.
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating understanding of inventory handling and storage procedures.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues during production.
