Member FDIC and Equal Housing Lender. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of loan servicing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Loan File Review: Examine loan files for technical and policy exceptions to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Document Execution & Collateral: Verify that all loan documents are properly executed and that collateral is perfected. Loan Maintenance: Perform ongoing loan maintenance tasks as needed, including updates and corrections. Escrow Management: Process escrow payments, conduct escrow analysis, and resolve discrepancies. Payment & History Review: Review loan payment histories, identify errors, and process corrections to maintain accurate records. Post-Closing Exceptions: Review and clear post-closing exceptions to ensure files are complete and compliant. Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Mount Juliet, TN location. Qualifications 5 years loan servicing, loan operations, or other loan-related financial services preferred.
