About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Fintech Products to lead the technology and innovation roadmap in Consumer Lending. This critical leadership role requires a hands-on Product Engineering leader with a proven track record in delivering lending products from conception to market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, driving rapid product development and launch cycles, and ensuring the seamless integration of lending products within the financial services platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and engineering, is essential, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction. Applicants for the VP, Fintech Products role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of hands-on product management experience in the financial services industry, and a deep understanding of consumer and residential lending products, regulations, and market dynamics.
