Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. As an Order Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proofread all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: - Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports - Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy - Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines - Order products for all of our service territories Qualifications: - 2 years of proofreading experience is preferred - 2 years of data entry experience required - Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) software experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive compensation of $21/hour - Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life - 401(K) with company match - Student tuition reimbursement program - Employee perks program - PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays Schedule: - Onsite in our Carmel, IN office - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm DISCLAIMER : The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
