• Outside Metal Sales Full-time Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC , a growth-focused metal distribution company expanding into new territories. Our customers include OEMs, fabricators, machine shops, and contractors who rely on us for consistent supply, competitive pricing, and responsive service. We are currently seeking at Outside Sales Representative to grow our Phoenix, AZ business presence. The position focuses on new growth opportunities and building relationships with businesses from various industries. Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales within a specified geographic territory. Present our product lines and services to existing customers and prospects. Cultivate a team environment, working with inside sales to promote and expand business. Ensure quotes, material, and deliveries meet customer needs Investigate and resolve customer inquiries Proven sales experience, preferably outside sales background comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process. PC literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career Strong customer service orientation with the ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers Growth opportunities with a stable and growing company ~ Medical/dental/vision insurance ~ Tax advantaged Flexible Spending Accounts ~ Paid vacation, personal time, and holidays ~100% paid life and disability insurance The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
