we offer
support in organizing portfolios and managing databases, we also encourage our Mortgage Loan Processors to proactively seek opportunities to expand their business and enhance client satisfaction. Adhere to our company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules to ensure consistent operations. Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Processor. ~ Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships. ~ Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot. ~ Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues. ~ Phone conversation with our Recruiter # Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff # TRAINING: ~ Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires. Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Closed Sundays and Holidays Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position*
