As a Production Associate, you will assemble, inspect, and package precision medical components while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices following detailed procedures Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming products Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements High school diploma or GED required Basic math, reading, and computer skills Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Fine motor skills for intricate hand assembly Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards Basic computer proficiency Exposure to production equipment and moving machinery May involve handling chemicals in a controlled setting Hourly Pay Rate: $21.38 plus shift differential The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; experience and training; Braun offers an excellent benefits package, which includes healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement.
