Manufacturing Technician B – 1st shift Job Schedule: 5/8 Work schedule Monday through Friday 8 hours per day         Individuals may be responsible for troubleshooting and conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics. Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics  Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.       Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; Electronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferred Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong Customer focus Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements Familiarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel     L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
