Talent Acquisition Partner Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application. – Mary's Center Location: Washington, DC Salary: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 Position Summary Working in collaboration with the Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, with a special emphasis on clinician and provider recruitment. This role plays a pivotal part in building relationships with hiring managers and recruiting diverse clinical and non‑clinical talent, aligning with the organization's mission of compassionate care. Reportability The position reports directly to the Vice President, Employee Experience. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the recruitment lifecycle for clinical, provider, and administrative positions. Partner with clinical leadership and department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria. Implement targeted provider recruitment strategies, including outreach to residency programs and professional associations. Build talent pipelines by developing relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals. Lead intake meetings, manage job postings, and coordinate advertising across channels. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates. Support interview and selection process, including scheduling and preparing interview guides. Coordinate the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates. Oversee pre‑employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, credential verifications, and health documentation compliance. Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Conduct bi‑weekly orientations with the Talent team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Represent the organization at career fairs and professional recruiting events. Manage the applicant tracking system (UKG or equivalent) for candidate tracking and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience. Experience recruiting healthcare providers and clinical professionals strongly preferred. HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent) preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring clinical and provider roles. Strong understanding of licensure, credentialing, and workforce trends. Excellent relationship management skills across all leadership levels. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (UKG experience a plus). Commitment to a welcoming, respectful, mission‑driven workplace. Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Self‑starter, flexible, and effective across all organizational levels. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Language Requirement Ability to communicate effectively in English is required. Additional proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Physical Demands Regularly required to sit; frequently required to reach with hands and arms; walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear; lift up to 25 pounds. Work Environment Typical office or home setting with quiet to moderate noise. Uses standard office equipment. Requires 10% travel for site visits and/or career fairs. Hybrid schedule possible.
