Description:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Installer Lead to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. If you have at least 4 years of HVAC installation experience and a strong leadership mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values quality, reliability, and hard work.
Compensation:
$28-$35 per hour, depending on experience
Paid weekly

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Ability to lead a small team and manage job sites
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and local code compliance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
EPA Certification (preferred)
