The Role: 100% outpatient rheumatology no inpatient rounding Build your schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off Choose your patient mix and age group Work alongside a high-functioning care team and a full spectrum of specialties Use Cerner EMR, fully integrated across settings Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME opportunities Teaching optional engage with medical students and APP trainees Enjoy real autonomy while shaping clinic operations No locums or visa sponsorship at this time Compensation & Perks: $300K base salary (40 hrs/week) + wRVU productivity bonus Total earning potential up to $500K/year $50,000 signing bonus Loan repayment options (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually your choice) Up to $10,000 relocation assistance $5,000 annual CME & board certification support 248 hours PTO (vacation, holidays, CME) Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice 403(b) with 4% employer match (starting Year 2) Sick time accrual up to 600 hours Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Why Findlay, OH?
