About the Role
The Company is seeking a Student CEO to lead the operations of a cafe, providing a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to gain real-world entrepreneurial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cafe's operation, including team development, community leadership, financial management, and brand representation. This role demands a confident communicator, a master of prioritization, and an individual with a strong ability to adapt to change and solve problems autonomously. The Student CEO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, establish the cafe as a community cornerstone, drive profitability, and ensure the highest standards of product quality and guest experience. Applicants for the Student CEO position at the company should have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies, with a preference for those with prior experience in a similar role. The role requires a candidate who is a developer of individual contributors, has a proven track record of leadership in various settings, and possesses financial acumen. The Student CEO will work closely with the Operations Lead, Marketing Team, and Recruiting Team, and will be instrumental in the cafe's success, with clear metrics for achievement.
