Learn more: Position Overview: FUSA Insurance is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial leader to launch and grow an independent agency here in Arizona. As an Agency Owner/Principal, you’ll have the freedom to run your own business with the full support of a trusted, established organization behind you. This is a unique opportunity to build your own book, lead your own team, and shape your future. The role offers a hybrid model: in-person relationship-building with the flexibility to work remotely as you get up and running.
