Merge is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, technical initiatives across our engineering organization. You'll be responsible for leading large-scale projects that enhance our product and infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while managing stakeholder relationships across the organization. What you will do: Work closely with the R&D leadership (incl. Head of Engineering, Head of Security, Product Management, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet deadlines
Drive new products and features through the development process, serving as a central source of truth for the who, why, what, when, and how of projects you manage
Develop the requirements to deliver projects successfully by working backwards from target outcomes
Be a driving force in the organization of customer requests and issues, and collaborate with team leads to balance them against larger product initiatives
Manage the lifecycle of Engineering tasks and projects, and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders across the whole company
Contribute to the maturation of internal tooling and processes that accelerate our teams and simplify delivery execution
The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years experience driving technical projects in professional settings, with technical program management experience being a plus
Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in an a fast-paced and frequently evolving environment
Leadership experience that exemplifies curiosity, compassion, and empathy
Ability to engage in technical discussion and invest in learning technical concepts
Computer Science background or other technical / quantitative orientation
Prior startup experience is a plus
Compensation The cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
