Job description
The Lead Java Developer will drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a team of developers while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the team. Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
