Berry Park is a long-standing, high-volume restaurant-bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, known for our lively rooftop, soccer viewing parties, and welcoming community atmosphere. A passion for quality hospitality is essential, and while relevant experience is preferred, a great attitude and a genuine smile go a long way here. Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced Floor Manager (30+ hrs) to join our team As the manager, you will organize and oversee the daily operations of our venue. Our managers must possess strong communication skills and remain focused on ensuring positive customer experiences as well as positive team experiences. Organize and coordinate operations with owners and co-workers to maximize efficiency Manage flow of the day. Meaning, but not limited to: leading special event execution, game day AV requirements, staff schedule adjustments day of, adjusting lighting and sound to match the time of day/night Ensure supplies, equipment, and inventory are stocked and maintained Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Proven experience as a leader in hospitality Possess NYC Food Handlers License Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge in football/soccer as well as women's sports is a plus Availability on weekends is a must
