Our client is looking for a seasoned HubSpot Administrator to join their team in St. Louis As the HubSpot Administrator, you'll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the HubSpot portal, including user management, contact management, and list segmentation. You'll collaborate to develop and implement HubSpot strategies that align with business goals and integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools like Salesforce. In addition, you'll assist in creating and publishing content within HubSpot CMS, such as blog posts, landing pages, and emails, and develop automated marketing workflows and lead nurturing campaigns. Your role also involves managing and optimizing the CRM for accurate data and streamlined sales processes. You'll analyze marketing data to identify insights and trends, track key performance metrics, and generate reports to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Setup & Maintenance – Configure, update, and optimize the HubSpot portal, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • User & Contact Management – Manage user roles, permissions, and organize contacts with proper segmentation.
  • CRM Optimization – Maintain accurate data, streamline sales processes, and integrate with tools like Salesforce.
  • Content Management – Assist in creating and publishing blog posts, landing pages, and emails within HubSpot CMS.
  • Marketing Automation – Develop automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns for better engagement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to improve marketing efforts.
  • Integration Management – Ensure smooth connectivity between HubSpot and other marketing/sales tools.
