Pay & Compensation

Your compensation includes:

• Premium hourly pay
• Average annual earnings of $100,000+
• Paid detention time
• Vacation pay based on your year-to-date average weekly earnings

Weekly Performance Bonuses

Elite drivers are rewarded for consistently operating at the highest level.

Earn additional weekly incentives:

• $25 MPG Incentive

To qualify, drivers must maintain:

• 7.7+ MPG
• Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher
• 95% or higher service score

Local Freight & Schedule

Drivers are home daily , although schedules may include night and weekend work based on customer and freight requirements.

• Committee approval
• Elite certification

  • Motive Safety Score of 85+
  • MPG greater than 7.8
  • Service score above 95%
• Demonstrate professionalism, safety, and operational excellence
