About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of School to provide visionary leadership and uphold its long-standing commitment to preserving childhood and fostering a joyful, academically rigorous, and character-driven learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the school, ensuring that the educational program is in line with the institution's values and mission. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in education, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of educators. As the Head of School, the primary responsibilities will include overseeing the academic curriculum, managing staff and faculty, engaging with the school community, and upholding the institution's standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for both students and teachers. A Master's degree in education or a related field is typically required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting. The role demands a visionary leader who can balance the demands of administration with a hands-on approach to education and a deep commitment to the values of the institution.
