- $42.00 per hour, based on experience ~Medical, Dental, Vision plans ~ Free Basic Life Insurance ~ Short
- and Long-Term Disability ~Paid Holidays ~ Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and service work Lead plumbing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards Supervise and coordinate plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on assigned projects Assign work tasks and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met Conduct jobsite inspections to verify compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and company standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectively Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, manpower plans, and project goals Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates as needed Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local, state, and company safety requirements Minimum of 8 years of plumbing experience Proven leadership experience managing crews and jobsite operations Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and service procedures Thorough understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Ability to effectively interact with customers, subcontractors, and team members Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations Experience leading commercial and/or multi-family plumbing projects Experience with project scheduling and manpower planning Strong customer service background Experience training and developing apprentices Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Knights Mechanical is a Mechanical Contractor and part of Ascension Property Services (APS) a nationwide group of specialty trade contractors with decades of experience in nearly all types of construction, including commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, manufacturing, and institutional.
