This role focuses on scheduled and walk-in adult patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Outpatient clinic (no call)
Patient Population: Adults (17+)
Bread-and-butter primary care, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic condition management
Support Team: Family Practice Nurse, CNAs, and MA
EMR: EPIC (2 3 days training provided)
Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine, or General Practice
new graduates welcome
Flights / Rental Car: Not provided
