About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to spearhead all new player growth initiatives. This pivotal role involves defining and executing acquisition strategy, managing media investment, and scaling various channels to drive performance. The successful candidate will be a commercially driven leader with a strong background in performance marketing, particularly in building scalable acquisition engines that prioritize growth, efficiency, and player quality. Key responsibilities include owning the acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and growth targets, as well as developing and implementing testing frameworks and long-term growth plans. The role also requires the candidate to have a proven track record in managing significant budgets, strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, and experience in scaling customer acquisition programs. Applicants for the Head of Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in acquisition, performance marketing, or growth leadership, with a focus on driving long-term value. Essential skills include a strong analytical mindset, commercial decision-making ability, and experience in managing agencies and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and capable of building and leading a high-performing acquisition function.
