If you're a licensed therapist looking to do work that matters—with a team that supports your growth—you belong here About The Role We’re looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent) who is bilingual in Spanish to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults navigating a variety of mental health needs. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, accessible care. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based therapy with empathy and cultural humility. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, care managers, and community partners. Provide crisis support and brief interventions when needed. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system. Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in mental health. What You Bring Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field 2+ years of therapy experience in an outpatient or community-based setting Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A heart for equity and a commitment to underserved populations Preferred +Experienced with trauma-focused or evidence-based models Why Join Vivia Health?
