Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. * Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising * Adheres to policies and procedures. * Performs daily safety inspections * Manages sub-contractors, monitors and controlling performance. * Meets production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems * Meets construction budget standards * Monitors expenditures * Manage temporary labor * Implements corrective actions * Minimizes punch lists and manages to completion * Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations * Updates paperwork daily IE photos, daily reports, inspection reports, safety meeting, tool box talks Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Construction Superintendent: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
