Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People: â€
¢ Supports and mentors junior staff.â€
¢ Contributes to team development and knowledge sharing.
Client: â€
¢ Executes significant portions of tax accounting method engagements.â€
¢ Performs detailed tax research and develops technical analyses.â€
¢ Drafts technical memoranda and client deliverables.â€
¢ Interact with clients to gather data and clarify issues.
Value:â€
¢ Reviews work of consultants for accuracy.â€
¢ Manages assigned tasks within project timelines.â€
¢ Contributes to process improvements and documentation standards.â€
¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and

Experience:
â€
¢ Bachelor’s degree requiredâ€
¢ CPA, JD, or Master of Taxation preferred or in progressâ€
¢ 2–4 years of experience in tax consulting or corporate taxâ€
¢ Excellent communication, business development, and interpersonal skills.
Computer

Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:Valid driver’s license required.
