Job Summary At Thomas Cuisine, we believe great food has the power to make a difference. As a Foodservice Worker, you'll serve as a guest-facing ambassador for our caf, delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. In this role you'll primarily work on the caf line serving fresh food, operating a point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality. You'll also support our busy micromarket by stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining an attractive, well-stocked environment. What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, guest-focused service on the caf line
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions
• Set up, stock, and maintain caf service areas throughout the day
• Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain inventory within the micromarket
• Monitor product displays and replenish items as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary caf, dining, and retail areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous customer service, retail, caf, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable operating or learning a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ability to stay organized while balancing service and stocking responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food Handler Card and/or ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain if required)

Physical and Sensory Requirements

This position works in a fast-paced caf and retail environment with regular exposure to food service equipment, cleaning chemicals, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures. The role requires frequent standing and walking, operating a point-of-sale system, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements are required.
