Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are hiring a Production & Yard Logistics Coordinator with experience in wall panel assembly , framing , carpentry , and lumber/wood handling . The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills , understands wall panel construction , and can work in a fast-paced warehouse/yard environment . This is a hands-on role requiring material coordination, workflow organization, and production support . Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints , wall layouts , and construction drawings Identify materials and components for wall panel production Coordinate yard logistics , material movement, and lumber staging Prepare and organize wood materials for assembly Support wall panel build teams with measurements, spacing, and layout Assist with cutting, labeling, and verifying lumber Maintain workflow between warehouse, yard, and production lines Keep yard organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures Communicate with supervisors regarding production needs and shortages Requirements Blueprint reading experience required (construction/wall layouts) Experience in framing, carpentry, lumber yards, wall panel assembly , or similar Ability to lift and handle lumber, wood components, and wall assemblies Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in a warehouse or yard Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Experience Wall panel manufacturing Lumber yard operations Construction material handling Warehouse coordination or workflow staging Using measuring tools (tape measure, square, saw basics) Company Description We are a local staffing agency that works very closely with our employees and our clients to make sure we support everyone.
