Job Description

Drive strategic architecture decisions and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture roadmaps, governance standards, reference architectures, and technology strategy.
Lead application modernization, cloud migration, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
Architect solutions using .

Drive AI adoption, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, and enterprise data strategies.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory):Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Employee Benefits platforms.
Experience with claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, member/provider integrations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data ecosystems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (Master's preferred).15+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.7+ years leading architecture teams and enterprise transformation programs.
Mandatory Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), GitHub Copilot Certification (GH-300), and Azure AI certification (AI-103).
Preferred Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and other relevant Microsoft AI, Data, Analytics, Security, or Cloud Architecture certifications.'The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140000
