That’s why we’re looking for a Clinical Education Director to lead, inspire, and elevate hospice education across our organization. Based at our corporate office in Lexington, SC , this is a key leadership role with real impact — not just on policies and procedures, but on the lives of patients and the professionals who care for them. What You’ll Do As Clinical Education Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical training strategy — developing programs that support excellence in care, ensure compliance, and empower staff across all our hospice locations. You'll be the connection point between compliance and compassion, translating standards into real-world learning that equips teams to deliver the best possible care. Here’s what your day-to-day might include: Designing and leading training programs for hospice staff — from onboarding to ongoing education. Working with administrators, clinical leaders, and marketing teams to ensure all education aligns with real-world needs and strategic goals. Performing site visits, audits, and chart reviews to identify gaps and tailor training accordingly. Creating and updating policies, procedures, and training materials based on industry standards and regulatory changes. Supporting documentation accuracy and quality initiatives, including HQRP, HOPE, and other CMS programs. Participating in performance improvement activities and assisting agencies with corrective action planning. Providing both on-site and web-based education that’s clear, relevant, and easy to apply. Fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning. What You’ll Bring Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required) At least 5 years of hospice experience preferred — you know the challenges, the regulations, and the heart it takes Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills Comfort with tech — you know your way around Microsoft Office, web meeting platforms, and learning systems A strategic mind with an educator’s heart — someone who can see the big picture but isn’t afraid to dig into the details Why Join MSA?
