We offer: Flexible, school-based hours (37.5 hour work week) Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and licensure. This program includes tuition coverage and student loan repayment, among other benefits A dynamic and supportive team environment within school settings Ongoing professional development and training opportunities The chance to help shape prevention initiatives and mental health strategies Devereux Pennsylvania’s School-based Mental Health Services provides resources, education and support to children – and their families – who are living with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences. Our School-Based Clinicians respond to the mental health needs of students within a school district, as identified by district personnel. Primary Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to students based on referral from school district staff. Train and provide information sessions for parents, school staff, and other stakeholders on mental health awareness and risk factors. Facilitate/co-facilitate groups within the schools as well as in the community as needed utilizing evidence based curriculums. Assist with crisis intervention to include initiatives around school based mental health and prevention strategies. Develop strong working relationships with schools through respectful communication and accountability.
