Director, Product Management and Operations Strategy

This role establishes a cohesive product vision and strategy across the company, leading product strategy and product operations development with crossfunctional teams. It balances innovative design with technical implementation while meeting regulatory requirements and customer needs. The focus is on enhancing customer experience, using metrics for product success, and standardizing analytics and market research for datadriven decisions.
Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products or a platform product that enables scalable development.
Lead product strategy development and create a clear, executable view of the product strategy with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Influence the architectural roadmap, balancing innovative design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, timetomarket, customer needs, and product profitability.
Champion the customer experience and prioritize customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
Define and use metrics that inform the success of products, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
Standardize workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis for datadriven decisionmaking.
Lead operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountabilityProduct Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviewsand interface with senior leadership as needed.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard.
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelors degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
