Locum Tenens Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician Near Manchester, NH We are actively seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens role near Manchester, NH. Position Overview: Profession: Physician Specialty: Emergency Medicine Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Duration: 3 Months Position Type: Locum Tenens Responsibilities: Coverage: Provide care across two locations: Main campus New freestanding ER Shift Details: Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Coverage: 24-hour physician coverage with 18-hour Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage Patient Volume: Approximately 25,000 annual visits Emergency Department Features: Level III Trauma Center Accredited chest pain center Certified Primary Stroke Center State-of-the-art imaging and diagnostic services Specialty rooms for gynecology, ENT, cardiac, and trauma care Pediatric acute care services, including Asthma P.A.C.T. program CEN-certified nurses Requirements: Board Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BCEM) Alternatively, Board Certified in Family Medicine (BCFM) or Internal Medicine (BCIM) with 2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Experience: Recent Emergency Department experience required ABPS EM boards are welcome Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days Additional Information: Work/Life Balance: This role offers an excellent work/life balance with flexibility in scheduling.
