What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Department of Defense (DOD) Sales Representatives
Build and nurture a high-performing sales team and future leaders of the employer
Develop and execute a business plan to consistently exceed sales goals
Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and be part of a proven leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Department of Defense (DOD) sales teams
Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets annually
Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles effectively
Background in SAAS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience successfully selling large deals to the Department of Defense (DOD)
Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
Experience in developing sales pipelines and opening new accounts
Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
