We are searching for a Leasing Associate for our Georgetown Crossing community located in Mechanicsburg, PA. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home. Assists with special events held at the properties. Presents rental homes to prospects. Maintain general office and lease files. Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits. Provides resident follow up and retention. Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed. Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents. Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials. What we are looking for from you... Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred Experience in residential leasing is a plus Experience in direct customer service is highly preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excellent computer and typing skills required Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills How you and your family can benefit from working with us...
