Schedule & Compensation: $20/hour | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Full-Time Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and committed to precision? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Electronic Assembler to join our Maple Grove team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assembling high-quality electronic, molded, and metal components that support critical projects, ensuring our products meet rigorous industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Operates equipment and assembly machines and assembles various PCB components through the use of hand tools and soldering irons , fixtures and machines and performs any required preparation tasks requisite to fabrication. Reviews and reworks similar components and assemblies. Cleans and touches up finished products through the use of pre-determined solvents, etc., as well as removing excess flashing, blemishes, etc. Measure, record, and maintain product data accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following ISO 9001, AS 9100, and other regulatory procedures. Collaborate with team members, assist in training new employees, and actively participate in process improvements. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong manual dexterity and keen visual acuity; must pass visual and color vision exams. Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work with chemicals and perform repetitive tasks in sitting, standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping positions. Must obtain IPC-A-610 Certification for back panel assembly work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing environments using scopes or precision measurement tools.
