Why join us?+ Play a lead role in high-performance mechanical design and make a direct impact on client outcomes + Work alongside a collaborative team that values innovation over “like-for-like” replacement + Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more + Thrive in a company that supports your professional growth and values both technical skill and leadership Job Details Responsibilities -+ Lead mechanical design and deliver stamped construction documents for commercial retrofit projects + Conduct site assessments and system analyses to inform retrofit strategies + Size and lay out HVAC ductwork and piping systems + Select and schedule equipment to align with project goals and energy targets + Coordinate with structural, electrical, and controls teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions + Mentor and manage internal engineering personnel assigned to projects + Perform building systems audits and support energy savings calculations in collaboration with energy engineers + Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and customer-facing technical presentations + Support sales and operations teams with technical expertise and on-site client visits + Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies and trends Qualifications -+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering + Active Colorado PE license + 7 or more years of HVAC design experience, ideally focused on retrofit and infrastructure upgrades + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP + Solid understanding of building HVAC systems, energy codes, and mechanical design standards + Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders Interested in hearing more?
