General Dentist - Pittsburg, KS Join a thriving practice rooted in community, supported by innovation, and built for long-term success.
Family-oriented dental practice is seeking a dedicated, community-minded General Dentist to join our well-established practice in Pittsburg, Kansas. This position offers a rare opportunity to step into a fully digital, high-demand clinic with a six-month new patient waitlist.
We are a close-knit team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional care to a loyal and growing patient base. Start Date: ASAP
Team Support: 2 FT Dentists, 1 PT Dentist, 3 Dental Hygienists, 5 Dental Assistants
Patient Volume: 12-13 PPD (75% adults / 25% kids, including Medicaid)
Comprehensive General Dentistry - including Extractions, Fillings, Endodontics
Technology: Newly digitized office featuring iTero, ICAT, PrimeScan, and more
doctors currently booked out through December
Clinic Production: Strong earning potential with a $1,200 daily guarantee + 35% collections
Payor Mix: Private Insurance, FFS, Medicaid
Compensation Model: $1,200 daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is greater)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over 3 quarters)
State membership dues, malpractice insurance, lab fees, all supplies/materials covered, 401(k) plan, and more
Equity Opportunity: Potential for partnership after 1 year. Plans are underway to establish a DSO to support long-term practice continuity-new partners would play a key role in this structure.
