Ultimately, the Plant Manager will play a key role in enhancing the plant's performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a laundry processing facility, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects.Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the facility.Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Skills:The required skills for this role include strong leadership and communication abilities, which are essential for managing a diverse team and ensuring effective collaboration across departments. Analytical skills are crucial for interpreting production data and making informed decisions that drive operational improvements. Problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to address challenges that arise in the production process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards will be applied to maintain compliance and uphold the plant's reputation.
