US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting 30lbs+, Machine Operation
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and industrial sector, is seeking a US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation to join their team. As a US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation
Location: El Paso, TX
Shift: 2nd shift
What's the Job?
- Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility
- Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move materials efficiently and safely
- Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift skills and/or moderate computer skills required
- Ability to lift and handle loads exceeding 30 lbs
- Willingness to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to machinery and other risks
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
