Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Bilingual - Spanish / Portuguese)
Tampa, FL | Hybrid role, required to be onsite 3 days a week
Pay Range: $40-$44/HR
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and provide recruitment consulting and support.
Promote talent acquisition best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing and nurturing active and passive candidates.
Accurately track all requisitions and recruitment activities against targeted metrics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
~7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in manufacturing and corporate environments.
~ Experience with diversity sourcing and talent pipeline management.
~ Proficiency in recruitment tools and technology such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and Boolean searches.
