Full-Time Route Driver / Merchandiser Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00AM - 4:00PM Job Summary Mid States Bolt & Screw is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Route Driver to deliver fasteners and industrial supplies to established customers on a scheduled route. This role is responsible for timely deliveries, accurate order handling, and maintaining strong customer relationships while representing the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to make scheduled deliveries and pickups Load, unload, and verify products for accuracy and completeness Deliver fasteners, bolts, screws, and related industrial supplies to customers Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop Maintain delivery records, invoices, and proof of delivery Communicate effectively with warehouse and office staff regarding orders and route changes Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations (if applicable) Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (chauffer's license is a plus) Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong time-management and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and follow established routes Benefits Competitive hourly pay Consistent full-time schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) / Roth retirement plans Stable employment with a growing company Work Environment Driving and warehouse environment Frequent entering and exiting vehicle Exposure to varying weather conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Mid States Bolt & Screw is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse workforce.
