We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join our team and help us strengthen our workforce while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Human Resource Specialist will support and coordinate HR operations within the facility, ensuring smooth staffing processes, compliance with healthcare standards, and strong employee relations. This role is vital in supporting our nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative team so they can focus on delivering outstanding resident care. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing and support staff Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Administer HR policies, benefits, and payroll coordination Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Assist with training and development programs tailored to healthcare staff Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, patient-centered workplace culture Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings Strong knowledge of labor laws, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support diverse staff Experience with HRIS systems and scheduling software preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage PIabe8f8499151-25448-39180272
