Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner who will play a key role in providing HR expertise and support across multiple sites, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. This individual will collaborate closely with site management to execute HR strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR contact for designated facilities, addressing employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters. Provide support for employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Prepare compensation analyses for new hires and promotions, ensuring internal equity and securing necessary approvals before offers are extended. Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with employment laws. Support managers in engagement action plan follow up and execution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, providing guidance to managers on labor regulations and company policies. Contribute to HR-related special projects, such as HR system implementations. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR matters professionally and consistently. Perform additional HR functions and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or related field. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5 or more years of progressive HRBP experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels. Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development . Proven ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees across multiple sites or business units. Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes. Experience supporting multi-site operations or distributed teams preferred. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
