LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY (PARTNER / OF COUNSEL)
Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms, is seeking an Of Counsel / Partner Attorney to join their Labor & Employment (L&E) Litigation team in Newport Beach.
JD from an ABAaccredited law school with an excellent academic record
~ 9+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment litigation
~ Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage complex cases independently
~ Represent clients in complex L&E litigation matters, with a focus on individual FEHA cases
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial
Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
