Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Senior Software Engineer (AI) needed by early-stage startup building a powerhouse platform to transform enterprise AI adoption. Led by a team with an exceptional track record - backed by significant funding, long runway, and a healthy queue of enterprise customers ready to engage - theyre assembling an A-grade engineering group to deliver one of the most exciting products on the market: an AI workbench that ingests messy workflows, automates them end-to-end, and learns to codify human decisionmaking. As a Senior Software Engineer (AI), youll build and deploy AI features that plug directly into enterprise workflows, working across teams to rapidly iterate and ship highimpact, productionready capabilities. Whats on Offer Up to $300,000 Hybrid in Palo Alto (3 days onsite) What Youll Do Build and ship AIpowered features across the front end, back end, and platform. Apply advanced AI techniques LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, document processing, and workflow automation. Prototype quickly using real workflow data and user feedback to guide product direction. Integrate AI into userfacing features with strong guardrails , reliability , and thoughtful UX . Optimize models and pipelines for performance, accuracy, latency, safety, and scalability. Contribute to architecture reviews , shaping design decisions with an AIfirst perspective . Ensure production readiness through testing, observability, performance validation, and resilience planning. Work with PM and Delivery to understand workflow requirements and refine product behavior.
