As the Director II/Senior Director - Enterprise AI/ML Technology Product Management , you will lead a team of Product Managers driving Liberty Mutuals next-generation AI/ML infrastructure. Your products empower hundreds of data scientists and engineers to efficiently build, train, and deploy advanced models that deliver measurable business value across the enterprise.
The Enterprise Data & Data Science (ED&DS) Product team was established to provide centralized product support and expertise to data science teams across our global organization. We focus on developing best-inclass AI/ML technologies, driving convergence on how AI/ML is executed at Liberty Mutual and support enterprise AI programs. Set Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise AI/ML technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
Guide the creation and delivery of infrastructure, tooling, and platforms that enable scalable, secure, and efficient AI/ML model development and deployment.
Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and technology leaders to translate enterprise needs into actionable product roadmaps.
Portfolio Management: Lead prioritization and tradeoff decisions across multiple product areas, ensuring resource alignment and delivery against strategic objectives.
Establish KPIs to measure product adoption, performance, and business impact using insights to guide continuous improvement.
People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of product managers.

Deep AI/ML Understanding: Strong grasp of MLOps, LLMOps, data science infrastructure, and the organizational challenges of scaling AI/ML solutions.
Product management with demonstrated experience leading largescale AI/ML or data technology products.

Senior Director, Data Products: $183,800$245,300. Annual FTO days (Flexible Time Off): 25
Director II Bachelors degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of related experience within data/data science or technology product management
Senior Director Bachelors degree in a quantitative field with 15+ years of related experience within data/data science or technology product management
Prior experience effectively managing large teams
Management experience preferred
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
