The Senior Mechatronics Engineer will lead the design, development, and integration of automated systems across mechanical, electrical, and controls domains. This is a highly technical and hands-on position supporting complex equipment builds, automation projects, system optimization, and new technology implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering judgment, advanced programming and controls expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from concept through launch.
This role offers relocation assistance and TN Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

.10+ years of experience in mechatronics, automation, robotics, or controls engineering.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
~ Master's degree highly desired (Engineering).
~ Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software.
~ Strong experience with PLC programming, control algorithms, and automation platforms. Programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB, or similar.
~ Background in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
~ Ability to lead technical projects end-to-end.


Lead System Design: Create automated and mechatronic systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and control components.
Build and deploy control logic, algorithms, and automation programs.
Integrate Technologies: Combine robotics, motion systems, instrumentation, and PLC-based controls.
Test & Validate: Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and performance verification.
Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot equipment and support root cause investigations.
Partner with engineering, software, production, and maintenance teams.
Innovation: Evaluate emerging automation and mechatronics technologies for implementation.
