About the Role
The Company is in search of an AVP Technology Delivery and Release Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving enterprise technology delivery, release governance, and strategic project execution. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives in alignment with business objectives. The AVP will oversee a team of professionals, manage complex cross-functional technology programs, and establish best practices in release management. They will also be the primary point of contact for business and technology leaders, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions that support operational excellence and business growth. Key requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology delivery and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in release management, project management, and technical requirements management within complex enterprise environments. Experience with Agile SAFe 6 and traditional project management methodologies is essential. The role also requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives. The AVP will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration, and to promote best practices that enhance delivery efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
