We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with GTM responsibilities to join our team. This role combines handson solution engineering with clientfacing and gotomarket responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud platforms, along with the ability to engage business stakeholders and articulate the value of advanced AI solutions.
Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr $190,000.00/yr
AI Solutions Architect GTM
As an AI Solutions Architect GTM, you will:
Support gotomarket efforts by engaging with prospects and clients in presales conversations.
Build prototypes, proofofconcepts, and tailored demonstrations that highlight the value of our AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions.
Translate client needs into technical possibilities and present solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
Act as a trusted technical expert in earlystage client engagements, supporting sales and business development teams.
Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and bring innovative approaches to solution demonstrations.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Head of AI.
Responsibilities
Participate in client and prospect meetings to present technical capabilities and answer solutionfocused questions.
Develop prototypes, proofofconcepts, and demos aligned to client needs.
Customize existing AI/ML solutions to showcase value in early client engagements.
Provide technical expertise during proposals, RFPs, and solution pitches.
Continuously explore emerging AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks and incorporate them into GTM efforts.
Represent the organization as a subjectmatter expert in discussions with prospective clients.
Requirements
~8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, data engineering, or software development.
~ Strong experience customizing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
~ Proven ability to work with clients in presales, GTM, or solutioning contexts.
~ Handson expertise with Agentic AI, GenAI, and ML frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
~ Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
~ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
~ Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field preferred.

Skills
AI/ML & Agentic AI: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Agentic frameworks.
Software Development: Python, Node.js, React, FastAPI/Flask.
Other: Strong problemsolving, crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to balance engineering and GTM priorities.
